Virtual Office model means you can work from home! No floor duty! Best of all, since we don't have an office, we also do not have an office phone number, our yard signs have your number--all listing calls go directly to the list agent!

Plus, our company relies on proprietary marketing to generate our own leads. We are constantly researching cutting edge marketing techniques, as well as web SEO to generate as much traffic and potential leads that we can pass along to our agents. Best of all, company leads only have a small referral fee---company leads have a 70/30 split on the 80/20 plan, and 90/10 on the 100% commission plan.
